I believe everybody who committed a crime should be charged commensurate with the crime they committed. I have been very consistent with that.

Some of them are being 'overcharged', yet NONE of them has been charged with insurrection or treason.

What evidence did you consider when you made your determination that Edward Lang is not a threat to the public and should be released on bail. Did you, for example, review the more than 1,000 pieces of evidence which have been presented in court and form the basis of the charges against him? Or did you read the 36 page legal document produced by the government, filed in the court system on September 7, 2021, where the government argued against his release?

Why is that relevant? Are you saying that any protestor who isn't being charged with insurrection or treason is innocent on all charges and should be released?
