I didn't read their statement of faith well. What did it say?

I did notice like CBW that they do seem inordinately concerned with demons and such. "Word of Faith" might be their name but it is also a type of "movement" in Christianity. Mostly by TV evangelists like Benny Hinn and the TBN crowd, speaking in tongues, thinking that speaking something will make it come true, and other nonsense.

So they are probably not orthodox Christians by any means.

I just meant that their website doesn't look like a recruitment page for the Westboro Baptist church or anything. It looked "normal" not like a cult website. But then most cults try to blend in and ride on the backs of real Christianity in order to steal members.

I noticed that too. Don't the Jehovah Witnesses also think holidays are evil? What other cults think that? I do know that some fundy Christians seem to sometimes have a problem with certain holidays, but they usually just have a problem with Halloween.

Those deep in the Hebrew Roots movement generally regard Christmas and Easter as pagan and not to be celebrated, instead celebrating only the Jewish feasts.

Where'd Roy go? Does he know that no one(I hope) on Tweb would agree with that cult? Every Christian here would highly oppose such abuse. Sadly, spiritual abuse is a thing. I don't know why people would hurt others like this, but I do know justice will be served one day. And it's best to repent while there is still a chance.

You still don't get it. This earth and the heavens will be destroyed by God at the end of time and He will create a new heaven and a new earth. Of course, it's scriptural, which goes right over your head, because, as I said, you are blind by your sin and lack of faith.
