That's how they roll in Baltimore these days, apparently. But, yeah, I hope he gets a good lawyer.

She's also being accused of over-charging:

Source: Is Baltimore's Mosby Seeking Justice or Something Else?

Criminal defense attorney Steven Levin disputed Mosby's leap to conclude the officers lacked probable cause just because Gray's knife was a legal knife, but he objected even more strenuously to her decision to criminalize the arrest (with a charge of false imprisonment against the officers), even if they did lack probable cause. "The law provides a remedy if the officers are wrong, and that remedy is dismissal of charges" against the person being arrested, said Levin.

Levin also believes that it's going to be very difficult for the state to make its case of manslaughter by vehicle, which will require it to prove that the officer drove the vehicle in a grossly negligent manner and that such negligence caused Gray's death.

In addition, The Daily Caller is reporting that investigators with the Baltimore police task force investigating this case did not expect Gray's death to be ruled a homicide and that they believe Mosby's charges are not supported by the evidence. Mosby's second-degree murder charge against the driver, Caesar Goodson Jr., is especially suspect because it will require the state to prove he was acting with a depraved heart. The task force reportedly believed that manslaughter would be the highest charge made against any of the six officers.

Apparently Mosby, the state attorney is completely incompetent and charged two of the wrong people, basically screwing up their lives.

News about the original case that started this all.

Apparently Mosby, the state attorney is completely incompetent and charged two of the wrong people, basically screwing up their lives.

Sheriff Mike Lewis shared this information on Hannity on Monday.

“When Miss Mosby stood up in front of the world with her theatrics at her press conference last Friday she charged two of the wrong people. Now, when I say she charged two of the wrong people, I don’t mean she charged two of the wrong officers. I mean she charged the wrong people. Innocent people. Of the six police officers that were charged two of them were charged under the wrong names, the wrong dates of birth and the wrong addresses.

And because of that, reporters went to the wrong addresses of these innocent people, these private citizens and whose lives have now been invaded. They went to their homes, knocked on their doors. They harassed them. They went to their neighbors and attempted to get interviews. And it wasn’t until these innocent people these private citizens contacted their local state’s attorney’s offices that this problem was rectified.”

I'm going to be uncharacteristically responsible here and make a post that puts the thread back on topic. This excerpt is from a James Lafond, about all the little rioting details that people tend to miss:

Over this past week, as Baltimore Society, broke down very apocalyptically we had the following effects:

    1. The delinquent students of a single high school won a marginal victory against the entire Baltimore City police department!

    2. All police assets from Baltimore City and surrounding municipalities were concentrated in three zones, leaving over 95% of Baltimore City and Baltimore County without police protection.

    3. News coverage outside of the political/police zone was zero, leaving the citizens utterly blind except for websites like this and social media. Face to face interaction among men once again became important.

    4. Lone white women away from home were targeted for gang rape by gangs of black men immediately across the city and county.

    8. Black criminals now know that when a peaceful demonstration or riot occurs in the future that whatever crimes they deem to commit will be unopposed by police, so expect more aggressive, and more immediate, corollary attacks in outlying areas in the next round of unrest.

    9. The police, politicians and media have attributed the entire episode to a symptom [the death of Freddie Gray] rather than a cause, and can be expected to be taken unawares in the future as they begin to believe their own lies.

    10.
Also he has a good reason why young people should Even Fight, which may be the only Mexican Success Story I can repost in a non-ironic manner:

When a number of inner city locations run by women, sissy white men, and timid black men, were lost, his company did an internal search for Real Men, a decidedly taboo act in postmodern sissy America.
Oh, the battlefield is wherever it wants to be. Organizing the trustworthy people in your neighborhood into sports teams that can win on this battlefield is up to you, though.

Not until there's a collapse of the status quo. And it's not just due to the progressives.

When the 'conservatives' acceded to the de facto censorship/mass pillory of views that are deemed rayciss or sexiss it was the final nail in the coffin which has led to more and more speech, views and acts being declared out of bounds; for example observe how some of your presidential candidates have flip-flopped over gay marriage because their previous position is just untenable. The only reason you're not like Sweden or the UK yet is because of constitutionally protected free speech, which of course doesn't prevent de facto censorship through social pressure by the intelligentsia.

So the only way to fight discrimination, is to discriminate? Will there be a time when everyone decides to be honest and admit that every person discriminates to some degree, and that's okay?
