The situation should be of concern to those who sincerely care about the US constitution. I am not entirely sure that unmarked vans full of unidentified federal agents snatching people from the street and arresting them without providing any explanation is the sort of behaviour anyone would wish to see in a modern democracy. It is the sort of thing that were it occurring elsewhere one might expect the USA to be threatening international sanctions.

We've been looking more and more like a banana republic ever since Republicans sold their souls for the sake of a SCOTUS majority.

Happily, it doesn't seem to have done them much good. So far.

CP, these forces are there unannounced, there is no coordination with local government or forces, and they do not identify themselves when they arrest people as being part of whstever they are part of. Nor do they communicate at all with those they are arresting, the just grab them, heavily armed, and toss them in the vans they are using.

And they are arresting people without cause. We can not allow this to proceed unchecked. You clearly know nothing about world history or oppressive authoritarian regimes. Most of all, you clearly are naive in terms of the precarious balance law and restraint of power that all our freedoms rest on. It's as if you know nothing of why we have the separation of powers, of how easy it is for any nation to slip into authoritarian practices, of how dangerous too much power is in the hands of a single person.
