As for the rest - pure speculation. I realize the right needs to put forward the "Biden brain mush" narrative, but all I see is the same imprecise, prone to speak before he thinks and therefore prone to gaffs, Biden that I have always experienced.

He did an interview on CNN recently with Anderson Cooper and a guest where their expressions went from mild confusion to concern when Biden went on for 30-seconds without saying anything intelligible.

ETA: If you're talking about this, I realize the need for many on the right to push forward this narrative, but all I see is a man stumbling to frame a sentence. When you add his usual tendency to misspeak and his history with stuttering, the scenario is not all that concerning. The right is going to yank clips like this out, separated from their context, and hammer the "Biden faculties" issue as part of a campaign strategy. I think the debates will likely settle the issue when the lying/word-salad-prone incumbent who "doesn't like to prepare" has to face Biden's encyclopedic knowledge of foreign policy and government operation. But, as has been said before...we'll see.

I don't think you've been watching Biden all that closely. He's done this his entire career. And extracting 20 seconds of unflattering video from an entire interview may be a good way to promote the meme - but it is intellectually dishonest. I could yank out similar video from almost any Trump speech. Your bias is showing again. I'm sure your "honest self-assessment" has already warned you about that. If not, you can review what Fox News has to say about it. I understand they're very neutral!

He didn't slur his speech, stutter and stammer, and struggle to pronounce words the way he does now. I've listened to his recent livestream interviews. He even does this when he's obviously reading a script.

Keep in mind that many of those allegations are so bizarre and farcical that the ONLY reason you want to give them credence is because they involve Trump. An example would be the woman claiming that Trump sexually assaulted her aboard a packed airplane while she was in her seat surrounded by other passengers and yet nobody noticed.

And there have been eight women who have come forth charging Biden with improper conduct the same time that Reade came forth. And many of them are decidedly liberal Democrats including Congressional candidates, staffers and organizers. And now there's the woman who says Biden was ogling her breasts when she was 14 while making inappropriate comments about how nice they were for someone her age
