When are YOU going to get the fact that the role of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution when its meaning is challenged? That is its purpose. Your personal, agenda-based opinion about its decisions are irrelevant.

Teachers are paid for by the state and hence state officials. If they recite prayers or authorize students to do so in an official school setting, they are violating the Supreme Court ruling already cited. Namely that it is unconstitutional even when the prayer is non-denominational and students may excuse themselves from participation.

What about a Satanist or Muslim teacher in a state-school leading voluntary prayer? If only Christians are permitted to lead them, then Christianity is getting very close to being an established state religion forbidden by the Constitution.

That's so true. The ultimate responsibility is ours, the citizenry, and it appears that the citizenry are slowly snapping out their apparent stupor as a majority now support Impeachment. The hardcore brainwashed "I could shoot someone on 5th ave and not lose any support" Trump supporters are basically a lost cause, but that would always be the case anyway.

The article raises several good points a few of which I'll elaborate on.


The made-up "summaries" provided by the MSM, Schiff et.al. are being presented as "fact" and what was said during the conversation between Trump and Zelensky since the actual conversation does not support what they want.

There are still those claiming that the conversation was all about Biden with Trump obsessively mentioning him over and over, whereas in the real world Trump mentioned him three times in two sentences near the end of their talk almost as an afterthought.

The "cover up" is nonsensical and so desperate sounding. It's like they do understand that this is as big a dud as the Mueller Report and his appearance before Congress that they need to start making something, anything, up in hopes that the "seriousness of the charge" overcomes the fact that all the evidence contradicts what they're saying.

I never questioned the veracity of the revealed transcripts, I question what's being hid in the redacted part. Only 10 minutes worth of a 30 minute call was revealed. And I'm hearing this a lot, that the whistleblower lied, but for one thing, what the whistleblower himself said is irrelevant, that's just the canard that you've fallen for, the evidence is the transcript itself and so are Trumps actions of withholding the military aid approved of by Congress for our ally, Ukraine, in its defense of our common foe.
