Please don't insult me with you insane talking points. It is you and Tass that are saying that MS13 are representative of all immigrants. Unless you can give me a quote from Trump where he says that MS13 is indicative of all immigrants. (Hint: there aren't any).

And please don't tell me that MS13 is a "Dog Whistle" to Trumps base, because the only ones that can hear this whistle are liberals like You and Tass.


Which brings me back to my point. You and Tass are showing your prejudice, MS13 gets a pass from you because they are immigrants so they can't be bad because immigrants as a group are good, they are not individuals they are just a mass of people that all have the same attributes. (This is the definition of what prejudice is).

Because you and Tass think this way you two project this onto Trump and others, you two can't see people as individuals, you only see people as groups. When you come up against some one with a strong since of individualism, you have to berate and belittle that person. "How dare they act different then the group, there must be something wrong with them they must be re-programed."

Liberals like JimL romanticize illegals as poor refugee families that are escaping a war torn oppressive regime and anything done to stop them is inhumane. The truth is that there is no war, they merely don't like their country and would rather come to the USA because they have been lied to and promised that the USA is the promised land where they will all be rich. And others are just criminals who want to sneak across the border to set up drug trains or gangs in the USA. Or escaping justice in their own countries. Most of these people were offered asylum in Mexico but they ignored that and still came to our border. So it wasn't about safety.

Yes, in my brief refresher, I noted that a lot of the "reasons" given for colleges dumbing down their curriculum is because incoming freshmen were pretty much incompetent in their education, and would fail miserably.

Authorities said more than 1,700 had already applied for refugee status.

But after one of the caravan's longest days of walking and hanging from passing trucks, the bulk of the migrants were boisterous Friday evening in their refusal to accept anything less than safe passage to the U.S. border.

"Thank you!" they yelled as they voted to reject the offer in a show of hands in the town of Arriaga. They then added: "No, we're heading north!"

But a standoff unfolded as federal police officers blocked the highway, saying there was an operation underway to stop the caravan. Thousands of migrants waited to advance, vowing to continue their long trek toward the U.S. border.

While Mexico may not be a utopian paradise if your motive is to escape persecution and violence in your homeland you still have pretty much achieved it. Moreover you'll be in an environment with which you're familiar and a culture nearly identical to yours where everyone speaks your language. But if your motive is something else entirely then you studiously ignore the offer and keep dragging your kids along for another 2000 miles right through the heart of the drug cartel's territory.
