Single, young men - from anywhere - migrating to a new country is suspicious. It is doubly suspicious if they have no degree or have experience in some trade. It is triply suspicious if they are refugees. IMO

If I write that:
Americans are educationally illiterate and morbidly obese.
That is also a generalisation because it pertains to all Americans.

And without any qualification it applies to all - hence all Americans are educationally illiterate and morbidly obese.

If you find one German who does not goose-step and does not show unquestioning loyalty to a leader and I find one American who is not educationally illiterate and is not morbidly obese then both our statements are shown to be fallacious.
Hence seer's thread title is fallacious because among migrants to Sweden there are law abiding individuals."It ain't necessarily so

Migrants destroying Sweden ... (note the ellipse) is meant to be taken in context and compared to the native population. Obviously, not all migrants are "destroying" Sweden.

'Germans are literal minded' doesn't mean all Germans. It is just a general observation.
'Germans are all literal minded" does mean all Germans.

And general terms for people of a country from Wiki

Germans (German: Deutsche, pronounced [ˈdɔʏtʃə] ⓘ) are the natives or inhabitants of Germany, or sometimes more broadly any people who are of German descent or native speakers of the German language.
Finally, the term migrants
https://www.iom.int/who-migrant-0
An umbrella term, not defined under international law, reflecting the common lay understanding of a person who moves away from his or her place of usual residence, whether within a country or across an international border, temporarily or permanently, and for a variety of reasons. The term includes a number of well-defined legal categories of people, such as migrant workers; persons whose particular types of movements are legally-defined, such as smuggled migrants; as well as those whose status or means of movement are not specifically defined under international law, such as international students.
Note: At the international level, no universally accepted definition for “migrant” exists. The present definition was developed by IOM for its own purposes and it is not meant to imply or create any new legal category.
