I love how these liberal foreigners think they know all about Obamacare and whether it is working or not. They don't have a clue. Armchair quarterbacks who have never watched football.

I'm not sure what the chart is supposed to show?

Admittedly, part of that is that it's so small I can't read certain parts of it.

The Orange is counties that have only 1 provider. The increase in single source comes at the expense of prior year multiple providers

Monopoly providers are definitely a problem. An obvious improvement would be for the government to put a few medicare-buy-in options on the exchanges (aka a 'public option'), which would ensure at least some competition.

A better option would be to allow cross state competition

Several states have that and it doesn't help at all. Basically because insurers setting up networked providers takes a great deal of effort so insurers have zero interest in trying to offer plans in states they aren't operating in.

You really don't understand the way America works. Many insurance agents are independent, and sell whatever plans they network with.

Competent American politician commentators I listen to have noted that several states allow insurance across state lines and that it makes zero difference because insurers don't use it. Don't keep trying to chalk things up to my not being American, as the sources I get news from about America are American.

He did not save us from the Obamacare, which does not reform and change. He saved us from the draconian Republican agenda that pads the pockets of the rich, and tightens the piano wire noose restricting access and coverage on the poor and the middles class health insurance.

... if you go back to the early 2010 passage of ObamaCare, you will find that Obama's sellout of the public interest has allowed the public companies the ability to raise their premiums, especially on small business, dramatically multiply their profits and send the value of their common stocks up by 200%-300%.
