Yup. Since such a 12-week paid leave is figured into the cost of employing someone, a woman incapable of having children, whether due to age or medical condition, might rather have that money go into her salary, but liberals don't want to allow her that choice.

Also they don't take into account that a small business employer might favor an older woman or a man over a younger woman because they won't have to worry about her getting pregnant and having to pay them for 12 weeks while simultaneously having to hire a temp to replace them. This means younger child-bearing women will end up being discriminated against even more!
