    So we can not follow Jesus' example, including his words and actions?

      I would not consider the question as to whether or not believers can "follow Jesus' ' example including his words and actions" to be [as you described it] one of those "[t]heological disagreements over minor issues" that " happen between believers all the time. It's not a big deal."

      On the contrary one might go so far as to suggest that the question you have posed to your fellow believer is actually a very "big deal" .

        Has it yet occurred to you that nobody really cares what you think?

          Oh I am just enjoying a ringside view.

          It is always entertaining when there is a theological dispute between believers.

            Yes, we should follow Christ's words and actions.

              Then I suggest you stay in your seat instead of trying to jump into the ring where you could get hurt.

                And would you agree, then, that based on Jesus' words and actions, there is an allowance for using sarcasm and insults when publicly confronting one's ideological opponents?

                    I have not forgotten that. You claimed you were just watching from the sidelines. I suggest you do so.

                      It's admirable that - unlike his probable behavior in the same situation - you're not asking him to leave.

                      ps. I doubt it even crossed your mind as a possibility

                        Now you're telling a woman what to do and that is to stay on the side?

                          Sometimes women forget their place and need to be reminded.

                              Sorry, buddy, I don't swing that way, so I must reject your offer.

                                Good one, I do love humor and it might be a better approach than the insults.......though sarcasm done well can be acceptable.

                                However, since you also didn't answer: either you're not married; you hide your comments from your wife (or significant other); or, you have been in the mountains a bit too long and you don't know any women - I mean consider your avatar :+}
