First you make reference to a dispute (that never existed) between James and Paul as support for you viewpoint.
Now you make reference to a threat that wasn't made.
And what appears to be a complete failure to properly parse Matthew 5:18. (assuming that the claim is intended to indicate that the Covenant with Moses could be expected to continue in force.)
