OK - That one does literally say that Elijah was taken up to heaven.
Now - Does that mean "Elijah ascended to heaven?" As I recall, Jesus claimed that no-one had ascended. But perhaps this is a matter of mere nit-picking? There is after all, a subtle - almost indetectible - difference between "drove" and "got driven," "ate" and "got eaten," etc and so forth. (or for that matter, "fed the lions" and "got fed to the lions," but that's a whole other story.)
