I must say, you got me with that one. I've never heard of this person, and given your history of posting here, I looked through the lyrics expecting a subversive, sarcastic twist that would turn the meaning of "citizen of Heaven" on its head, but, no, it just looks like the genuine, heartfelt song of a Christian.
