        Yeah, I'm not sure racism is the right word for it. It still seems to be rather bigoted though.

            That sounds more reasonable.

            I haven't read the article, so I'm not staking out an opinion I hold strongly: it could also be a way of of saying the black officers have become part of the problem (?)

                What a racist I am! I said "badge of color" when I meant "badge of courage!"

                      Sounds like bigotry, and not racism. I know this has been said before in this thread, I was just agreeing with people.
