So you're a bad guy, Trump's a bad guy, and you're fine with that situation.

I think that was what DivineOb was suggesting was the problem with the US.
"I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
"Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell
"[Capitalism] as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy" - Albert Einstein

No, what it proves is that he is a wannabe dictator who, along with his right hand man, is undermining the rule of law to protect his friends and punish his enemies. Flynn pleaded guilty twice. When asked by the judge are you pleading for any other reason than that you are guilty, Flynn answered no. And of course we know it to be a fact that he is guilty. Trump fired him because he admittedly lied to both the VP and the FBI. Hans Frank, I mean Atty Geen Barr, a prosecutor btw, not a defense atty, is as corrupt as Trump and was simply looking for a way to undermine the justice system and free their partner in crime. The Judge who heard the case, was scathing in his remarks concerning Flynns activities saying that they could be considered treasonous.

Now that Judge has to make a decision concerning the corrupt Atty Gen's/Trumps request to dismiss the case. The DOJ seems to think that the Judge has no choice but to dismiss. We shall see. But, even if that is true, he can still leave it open for future prosecution under a future less corrupt administration.

They are the same, Trump just has bigger hurdles to overcome still before he gets there. That is cause for all consuming hate.

Exactly! The tragedy, as someone, MLK I believe, said, lies as much in the silence of the good people. Who those good people are of course, can never be distinguished from the bad.

That's a lie. I answered this question last time you asked it.

                          http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/sh...l=1#post734347

A quick recap: the agents who conducted the original interview said Flynn did not lie, the FBI was prepared to close Flynn's case because there was no evidence he violated the Logan Act, but then Comey et al hatched a scheme to manufacture evidence by falsifying the original interview notes in order to coerce Flynn into confessing to perjury.

There's a reason Flynn's case is being dropped.

He confessed because the FBI concealed from him the fact that they had altered the notes from his original interview to make it appear he had lied when he hadn't.

Of course neither Flynn nor his attorneys were aware at the time that the evidence had been falsified. That information only came out relatively recently.

Not one of Judge Sullivan's prouder moments. But to be fair, he wasn't aware at the time that the FBI had falsified the evidence and coerced General Flynn into a false confession.

What a bunch of hogwash. He told the same lie to the VP at the time which is the reason that Trump gave for firing him. You're treating Gen. Flynn as if he's a moron, as if he doesn't know what he himself said to the FBI.
“Those changes added an unequivocal statement that ‘Flynn stated he did not’ — in response to whether Mr. Flynn had asked Kislyak to vote in a certain manner or slow down the UN vote [on sanctions],” [attorney Sidney] Powell wrote. “This is a deceptive manipulation because, as the notes of the agents show, Mr. Flynn was not even sure he had spoken to Russia/Kislyak on the issue. He had talked to dozens of countries.”

So your argument is that Flynn is too much of a moron to know whether or not he confessed. You're a birdbrain, MM.

And the report wasonly Falsified - according to Powell.
