He is most likely referring to the 'Bretfart fake news' about one district 'Broward County California in the 2018 general election.' Look it up.

Who plan to vote for Trump. Again.

A Republican voter labelling themselves "Independent" is like North Korea labelling itself "Democratic People's Republic". They only fools they're fooling are themselves.

I was referring to registered Republicans and the current 93% approval rating they give Mr. Trump.

              • I originally figured that independent would have a mixed party voting record, but most I come across are basically Republican (or Democrat) in all but name- they just for some reason don't like being called one, even if that's how they exclusively vote.

One of the reasons I voted for Trump last time was to watch liberal's head explode. That and to NOT vote for Killary.

Yeah, it's quite rare for Republicans to be so united - that's usually a Democrat thing.

There's actually a lot to that. We get sick of a lot of the nonsense in the Republican party, but see the Democrats as worse.

Nationally, because of policy, I will vote Republican, but locally, there are a number of times I'll vote for the Democrat - like Sheriff or a judge or.... It's like the local Democrats haven't quite sold their souls to the devil like the national Democrats have.

The later was the only reason I voted "for"[1] Trump

                        1. Far more accurate to say that I voted against Hillary. Usually I vote third party when it is between "NOPE & NOPER" but this time the state was actually up for grabs (something I haven't seen since 1980).

I'm always still in trouble again

Not rare for Trumpsters though, the present day republican party. The more reasonable republicans have pretty much left the cult behind.

I left the Republican party because I think they've lost their way on a number of issues. I did NOT join the Democrat party because they completely lost their way over 50 years ago.

What percentage of Republicans have quit the party as a result of Trump being elected?

I've noted before that the Republicans want to take us to hell in a hand basket by way of the scenic route. OTOH, Democrats want to use the express elevator.
