No proof of any point you made to me. I do consider diagnoses of fatalities a problem, because of multiple testin in hospital sttings. It is public testing in screening that has problems.

There are a number of sites that provide graphs comparing the average rate of fatalities in years without COVID-19 to this year with COVID-19. In fact based on the evidence the rate of fatalities is under counted in many countries especially China, Brazil and Russia. The USA remains #1 in all categories of fatalities and cases regardless. There is alos good evidence that the fatalities in the early history of the pandemic in the USA were undercounted, not diliberately, but to other factors a lack of awareness of the virus, wrong diagnosis due to the lack of testing.

It is a fact that the USA rate of fatalites are the highest in the world, likely by terrible management by the Trump adminiatration early in the pandemic, and ridiculing and minimizing its severity, but countries that do not manage the pandemic like Indai, Brazil and Russia may catch up.
