And as to the cash, Obama settled a lawsuit with Iraq, he didn't just fly them planeloads of cash because the whim took him. He settled for $1.7b. The Iraq war since 2003 has cost the US about $1,100b, and killed 4500 US soldiers, so to be accurate in the cartoon, the picture on the right would need about 1000x the amount of cash shown on the left, but going up in flames, and four and a half thousand crosses of US servicemen dead. That would lead to a rather cluttered picture on the right, while the money on the left if it were to be to scale would be a couple of pixels in size and too small to make out what it was. I guess that would accurately depict Obama vs Trump policy."I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
"Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell
"[Capitalism] as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy" - Albert Einstein

When Trump uses diplomacy to keep the peace with North Korea, he is said to be cozying up to totalitarian dictators. When he kills a state terrorist, he is called a "warmonger."
The Democrats would probably be calling him a coward if he didn't take action against those responsible for the embassy attack and all of the other stuff Iran has done in the recent pass, like shooting down one of our drones, kidnapping our sailors, hijacking merchant ships, etc.
He can't win no matter what he does.

But Trump took his love of dictators to whole new public levels this week. Various media (esp Fox) low-balled him some easy opportunities to say things like "being a brutal dictator and randomly executing people is bad, the US stands for democracy and constitutional rights." Trump, missed all those opportunities and choose to never express those sentiments in any way, shape, or form, even when the Fox hosts were trying to prompt him to do it. Trump instead went out of his way to praise dictators, to state that he wished he could behave like they do, and to talk admiringly of their horrific actions, to the point where even the Fox hosts were becoming uncomfortable and tried to side-track him.
According to some presidential historians, no US president has ever so consistently said approving things about dictators as Trump does.
Some of his comments:
Trump also praised North Korean state media for it's favorable coverage of their leader saying it was even better than Fox News.
Trump claimed that Kim loves his people. Trump also seemed to particularly enjoy the fact that Kim murders his generals when they displease him. Trump seemed pretty pleased about this when he explained this, to the Fox host:
Host: Just before you met with him [Kim] he cleaned house. Some of the top generals, some of the hard-liners, he's fired...
Trump: I think he 'fired' at least [i.e. killed], okay. When you say he 'fired'.
Host: [Not getting it] [He only fired ] 3 [generals] that we know of.
Trump: Maybe 'fired' at least. 'Fired' maybe a nice word [for it].
Given all of his comments, I think it's pretty clear that Trump wishes he was an absolute dictator like Kim, and could murder people if and when he wanted, and wishes that the media praised him endlessly like is does Kim. Trump seems to have no interest in, nor desire to praise or defend or promote, democracy or constitutional rights or an adversarial media, which have traditionally been the major values of the US.
Attack brutal dictators = wants to start WWIII
No matter what, Trump is terrible!
