Looking at the website, it appears that they re-host articles/book chapters from people like Michelle Malkin, Anne Coulter, and the like, but those people don't actually submit their work to the website. They do have actual writers who submit their work to the website directly, however, including white supremacists Jared Taylor who considers himself a "race realist," and John Derbyshire who considers himself a "racial dissident," and other white supremacists like Steve Sailer. The editor even admits that they publish work from white nationalists while downplaying that VDARE itself is a white supremacist website.

Ruth Ben-Ghiat is an advisor to 'Protect Democracy', which appears to have a board and staff consisting largely of people with significant Democrat connections.

I'm not so much interested in Miller as I am the quibbling over the phrase "white nationalist" and VDARE itself, but apparently the article he linked was this one by white supremacist Steve Sailer: https://archive.li/dG96h

The article itself is relatively benign compared to some of Sailer's other material, and it's possible that Miller linked to the article without having a clue about VDARE and Sailer's reputation, but it's not a good look for someone who is ravenously anti-immigration, even legal immigration. You'd expect someone in his position to be a little more careful with their sources.

Adrift, this all started when I questioned the definition of white nationalist. You jumped on that, but my only point is that the term has morphed to include almost anything. And I'm not playing the victim I'm just explaining the context. And I'm not edging towards anything - I have felt the same way on this issue for over a decade. What has changed is the growing hatred (and I do mean hatred) for whites. White toxicity, white privilege, etc... Even math now perpetuates white privilege...
