His crimes concerning Ukraine are likely much worse than have been demonstrated so far. He and Barr might be looking at a firing squad before this is over.

Originally posted by Mountain Man View PostRather, Mueller detailed 10 episodes that could have possibly maybe been obstruction but for which he lacked the evidence (and apparently the professional and personal conviction) to recommend that Trump be indicted. Instead, he passed the buck to the Department of Justice who, after a thorough review of Mueller's findings, "concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Both of the following statements can be true at the same time, Charles:
A) "This report does not conclude that the President committed a crime."
2) "This report does not exonerate Trump."
Interestingly enough, in the came cite you offered is this little gem...

Originally posted by Charles View PostTrue. I have never said otherwise nor does it change the point I had with regard to MM's statement.
Yes, that was on the "came cite". I don't quite see how that changes the point I had with regard to MM's statement. It basically shows that my source is a bit more balanced than many of the sources used on tweb. Interesting. The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Prosecutors can not exonerate. They either charge someone with a crime, or they don't. If they don't then no exoneration is needed. Innocent until proven guilty and all that. Some may call me foolish, and some may call me odd
