I was referring to the white house and conservatives (including you and me) saying what a snake Mueller is and how he is misusing his powers and we can't trust him, etc, while the liberals were claiming he was honest and on their side and was going to stick it to Trump and then we will see what a traitor Trump was. And now we conservatives are defending Mueller and the liberals are hating him.

We saw such flip-flopping of how Comey was viewed several times.

Mueller neither condemned nor exonerated but left it an open question to be decided by the Attorney General due to insufficient evidence; the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, after consulting with the heads of the Department of Justice, chose not to press charges for the same reason cited by Mueller: insufficient evidence to make a case. That's all the exoneration Trump needs.

If I'm not mistaken Mueller could have recommended to indict if he wanted to.

I still don't trust Mueller and still think he's a snake (punting the decision regarding obstruction to AG Barr was pure politics); however, he's not stupid.

I think it had far more to do with her being a primary source for what her viewership wanted or even needed. That is she was providing their "fix" of news that Trump would soon be impeached as a colluder with the Rooskies. Her ratings always spiked every time the MSM announced one of their many fake news "bomb shells." Now that they know it is not true they are beginning to tune out in droves in that she never had what it takes to sustain an audience.

Barr will be correct on the collusion thing. If we look at how Mueller defined collusion we can see that the bar is very high. Obstruction is much easier to demonstrate and we know that Trumpco lied about Russian connections and was generally very antagonistic towards Mueller. But why?

As for Mueller speaking up - only if he gives evidence to Congress.
