        No, the Judge merely explained that he was asking the prosecution a question, ie. "could Flynn have been charged with treason." But he didn't take back his assertion that Flynn betrayed his country, which is not quite the same as treason.

                          I think this is what happens when we allow ourselves to have an "us vs them" mentality. I have to guard against it, myself.

                          There are a couple of our "lefties" who I used to believe were pretty reasonable personable people, til... it seems all the lefties have gone absolutely nuts!
