    No, they did not all believe in God, and they certainly weren't all christians. Many of them were believers, but so what, they were sure to separate what people chose to believe from any government interference. You apparently want a theocracy seer, but that's actually an impossibility, God, if he exists at all, apparently isn't interested.

      The majority were Christian, and those who weren't still believed that our rights and duties were God given. That is not a secular doctrine Jim, our founding document was not secular in nature. No matter how you protest that is a fact.

          Jim, the Constitution does not address the source of our rights, that was ALREADY established in the Declaration.
