    Sad...

Atheism is the cult of death, the death of hope. The universe is doomed, you are doomed, the only thing that remains is to await your execution...

Yeah Raphael had shared something about this on facebook where they were seizing land from white farmers and justifying it by paying them a fraction of what it is worth.

I know that the blacks in SA suffered racism previously, but doing the same thing (even worse) isn't the answer.

During the same speech Malema, who is the leader of the third largest political party in South Africa and is rapidly gaining in popularity, also said "When you want to hit them hard, go after a white man. They feel a terrible pain."

Trump's tweeted in reaction to the land seizures:

Both Malema and the Washington Post said they were offended by the tweet. Malema also claims that "there is a group of right-wingers who are being trained by Jews in Petoria to be snipers" and that they're prepared to die if it means South Africa will achieve land expropriation without compensation. He also tweeted "Through land expropriation we are forcing white people to share the land which was gained through a crime against the humanity of black and African people." [WARNING: graphic scenes included in the responses]

Meanwhile back in the U.S. the paper that recently hired an unrepentant racist, the New York TimesR-E-S-P-I-C-T" Sharpton called the killings and land seizures "neo-Nazi propaganda" adding that "it's not true."

It's amusing how the white supremacists are desperate to believe this is a story, and everyone else is calling it fake news.

Because the government, which has folks cheering it on, is simultaneously claiming that there's nothing to see here

Also interesting how in your mind if anyone mentions it that means that they're white supremacists. Another look into your thought process and as usual it ain't pretty.

Great, now you are accusing everyone who believes it White supremacists? How bigoted of you, Star.

Your fellow countryman, Raphael, had to leave South Africa because of the violence to whites, and has family and friends over there who are in danger or have been killed.

People who have been scratching their heads at how such a fake and bigoted story made it into the mainstream have found the story originated on white supremacist websites a few years back, and gradually percolated its way into right-wing blogs and through the various disreputable right-wing "news" websites before finally hitting mainstream right-wing propaganda outlets like Faux News and Trump.

Raphael, had to leave South Africa because of the violence
SA is a very dangerous place, yes. I would not want to live there. I wouldn't want to live in the US either for a similar reason.

                      to whites
What data we have shows that SA is much more dangerous for blacks than it is whites by about an order of magnitude. But I'm amused that you prefer to think otherwise.

The white supremacists in the US love this fake story, so it's a useful divining rod to tell us who is in that group and who isn't. However here on TWeb it's not telling me anything I didn't already know about who's in that group.

Wow, both sides are of the reservation in this thread.

There is more than enough injustice to go around in SA. revenge does nothing but bring on more oppression, more hate, more evil. Anyone who wants to be about a better world must learn to forgive and to heal. Otherwise it just escalates into more and more evil.

My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism. James 2:1

If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not  bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless James 1:26

This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; James 1:19

That's true, and part of that healing process is to gradually address some of the more severe injustices that apartheid created.

During the apartheid era, black farmers were forced off their land and it was given over to white farmers, and since SA is very agricultural that led to black people there being cut off from a major source of wealth in the country and thus contributed to their significant poverty. As part of the gradual return to equality and the righting of injustices, the post-apartheid government since 1994 has been taking measures to get black people back on some of the farms their ancestors ran. Obviously nobody wants to see the country end up like Zimbabwe and the government has been pursuing very gradual, long-term, and non-violent policies. For the most part it's a boring snooze-fest of gradual land restoration, and doesn't warrant any discussion here. Hence the OP tells you a lot about the poster.

It may be difficult for you to grasp but there is something between "white genocide" and it's a "fake and bigoted story" made up by "white supremacists." That killings are taking place is undeniable. That it is full on genocide is ridiculous.
