I'll admit I'm not a woman so I don't know, but is that really the reason why they try to cover it up? Just men not being comfortable? I always thought it was a combination of it looking bad to people in general (men and women) and not wanting to get your clothes stained.

I think all liberal women should strive to be as natural as possible: no bathing, no shaving, no hygiene products of any kind.. at the very least it would reduce the possibility of them breeding.
