Although I think it's an awkward sort of thing to try and measure because a lot of kids firstly notice that they find some people of the same sex attractive and thus realize that they are "bi or gay" and its only some years later after meeting a much larger sample of people who are the opposite sex and not finding any of them attractive that they become sure they are "gay" and not "bi", and adopt that label for themselves. A lot of kids these days like to say "I don't put labels on it" which generally equates to "I know I'm somewhere on the spectrum of bisexuality, but I'm not sure where yet, and I'm not closing my mind to the possibility of learning more about what I like." So if you want to ask the kids/adults "at what point did you realize your sexuality?" you've got to either be really clear and specific about what you are asking with your phrasing of the question (e.g. "at what age did you first notice a sexual attraction to someone of the same sex?"), or understand that for many it will have been a gradual process that took years.

But since when is not dating someone or not having sex a "brave" act?Atheism is the cult of death, the death of hope. Obviously sex and sexuality aren't immoral, and a choice to refrain or not from it has nothing to do with "bravery". Though obviously talking about your own actions and opinions to a probably-hostile audience like the 12 year old girl did in her Mormon church, takes bravery."I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
