... but nearly as ridiculous, denying immigrants the opportunity for space travel.

Perhaps this is more DoJ targeting? Musk is no friend of the Democrat Party.

Of course it’s targeting. And very punitive. I heard they wanted him to pay reparations from 2008 forward. Ridiculous!

So old Joe's DoJ is suing Musk because his company chose to favor hiring Americans over noncitizens. IF that doesn't tell you all you should need to know about where Biden’s priorities are.

I'm always still in trouble again

We are a nation of laws, are we not?

This one was enacted in 1952. If you don't like it, get it changed.

I'd heard enforcing laws was supposed to be a good thing?

The DoJ does ~90k prosecutions per year. What evidence is there that this lawsuit against SpaceX isn't even application of the law? You don't appear to be suggesting that SpaceX isn't guilty, you just seem to be suggesting you don't like the 70-year-old law.

If evenly applied then I have no complaint. Since I see the DoJ has gone after big Democrat-funding companies as well, then all is well (apparently). It still doesn't answer what happened to Hunter's laptop and the alleged "investigation" into it. Not to mention Ray Epps still dancing in the street after announcing his imminent prosecution.

Anyway, the reason for the thread was the ridiculous image of immigrants in space.
