And old Joe has been illegally taking and keeping classified material for decades -- stretching back to when he was a Senator.

There is a big difference between the two though. Both are crimes, both are generally treated seriously, but one is much worse than the other.

Again, it's like "Felon in posession of a firearm" and "Felon commits armed robbery with firearm". Both are illegal, both are considered serious, one is much worse than the other.
