According to the protestors, most of the people who attended were from the Atlanta area, and they claimed that being called "outside agitators" was just hateful police rhetoric. Yet a whopping 2 of the 35 arrested were from Georgia.

As Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC) asked, now that an employee has been arrested on a charges of domestic terrorism, will SPLC list itself as a hate group?

ETA: And of the 6 arrested in January during the "Night of Rage" only 1 of them was from Georgia with the rest coming from all over the country -- Maine, Michigan, Nevada, Tennessee and Washington.

Typically protestors actually prefer to blame outside troublemakers for causing all of the problems but in this case they want to take the 'credit" for them.
