  • And yet another leftist myth pushed by ff goes careening over the side of a cliff

I'm always still in trouble again

"You're by far the worst poster on TWeb" and "TWeb's biggest liar" --starlight (the guy who says Stalin was a right-winger)
"Overall I would rate the withdrawal from Afghanistan as by far the best thing Biden's done" --Starlight

Better than putting an innocent man in prison. And in this case it was not even close. The videos clearly exonerated him and contradicted the prosecution's story.

As did the prosecution's own star withess.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Only those who don't make bail might appear in jailhouse clothes. Was OJ wearing a jump suit?

For instance, most photos of the D.C. sniper were of him in the orange jumpsuit, but that was only because he was denied bail and coming from jail to court. But before that, as seen by the drawings he was in street clothes.

The same with serial killer Terry Blair.

If you see someone escorted into courts in shackles and cuffs it is because they have done something that required it. Either during their arrest, booking or while in custody. They don't put them on folks based on their race

After being suckered in by all the blatant lies that the MSM spewed you're still trusting them and letting them continue to whisper more lies into your ear.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on me.

            Just sayin'
Would the people who raised bail money have done the same for a black Kyle? Have a guess.

              • The only time a defendant would be wearing an orange jumpsuit would be at arraignment, if he was brought to court straight from the jail. At trial they would be wearing whatever they wanted, most likely a suit.

Tell me, do you wear your white robe and hood every day, or do you save it for special occasions?

Our current VP was out raising bail for looters and rioters including one guy who tried to shoot a cop in the head (IIRC, he was convicted). Note that, like a typical leftist, she never put up her own money but wanted other people to do so.

In any case, your B.S. story about how if you're black and charged with a crime you are forced to appear in court in an orange jumpsuit shackled and cuffed has been thoroughly shredded just like the other myths you pushed (most of which even the most cursory of examinations would expose as false).

I guess you have some sort of masochistic thing going

And that used to GALL me when I was a cop - that a guy who was a savage beast raping and beating a woman, and had the appearance of a psychotic crazed serial killer ---- comes to court all clean-shaven, hair nicely cut, three-piece suit, etc...

But, that's part of the whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing.

You are making stuff up. To understand the jury, you have go by the evidence given in court, and nothing else.

The jury, after seeing ALL of the evidence, and ignoring the media hype, came to a unanimous verdict on all 5 counts. That's what matters.

When I used to have a subscription to FBI magazine (supposedly only issued to law enforcement) there was an article about the necessity of filming a suspect while being booked so a jury could see how different they looked and acted when they committed the crime rather than only seeing the cleaned up version that showed up in court.

The opposite happened actually. Gofundme deleted Kyle's fundraiser but allowed Antifa and other violent protesters to have fundraisers.

Yes. (and I suspect GoFundMe would not have deleted attempts to raise money, unlike what happened with white Kyle) Any other stupid racist questions?
