You left off the queen of antivaxxers - Jenny McCarthy. I was reading an article recently and got reminded that she was against vaccines years ago and getting audiences on all sorts of talk shows. As I recall the articles point was antivax started years ago in liberal thinking.

I haven't heard a word from her concerning either the vaccines or the mandate. Same with her ex-beau Jim Carrey. He blasted then Governor Jerry Brown, calling him a “fascist," back in 2015 for mandating vaccines for school aged kids, but also is pretty quiet now.

I wonder how many people will have to die in fires before the government realizes that this might not have been such a great idea after all.

At least they won't die from the China flu because they were rescued by an infected fireman!

In France it's the leftists protesting against vaccine passports, and in Russia the communists have reemerged to largely successful that country's vaxx mandates. I'm not sure with other countries.

I believe the Communist Party has for quite a while been the second-largest political party in Russia. Granted, by "second largest" that means "about 1/6 the size of United Russia" (United Russia is Putin's party and has for nearly two decades straight has held both the presidency and congress), but it's still twice as large as the third place party in their congress. I wouldn't be surprised if people are flocking towards it less due to agreement with communism and more because it's just the second-biggest party so you might as well join up with it if you want any kind of alternative to United Russia.

My point is that the left here tries to pretend that all opposition to vaxx mandates comes from Trump (who has been going around encouraging getting the jab) and conservatives when in fact it clearly doesn't. Not just in the U.S. (where the faces of reluctance are black athletes and rap stars), but worldwide. Resistance to a vaxx mandate crosses all sorts of boundaries.
