        I get the concept, but the word would need to have some rather specific definition and likely foreign. Intersectional isn't either of those things and, once stated, the concepts of intersectionality are distinct from any given example of international X.

        Oh, and I think the logical extreme is not speaking other languages. Understanding what they say shouldn't be an issue
