AOC apparently witnessed it. It happened behind the fence, while she was crying about an empty street on the other side. Or maybe she imagined it. Or dreamed it.

I still love that video she made acting out the horrendous scene where imaginary people were crashing into her office to murder her. The child has serious mental issues.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

IIRC it turned out none of them were anywhere near her office and the guy who was yelling "where is she?" was a cop. So now she's saying that she's an assault survivor and it effectively triggered the equivalent of PTSD and of the course the MSM is falling all over themselves covering for the drama queen.

I'm always still in trouble again

She described the anger in his eyes as he yelled at her --- "his eyes" happened to belong to a Capitol Police officer who was there to check on her, and apparently the child was too stupid to recognize his uniform, because she claimed "he never identified himself".

            Something like this?

All of the deported parents reported being profoundly traumatized by their
separation from their children. All were separated from their minor children within
            24 to 72
hours after turning themselves over to Border Patrol officials. Several
parents reported having their children physically ripped from their arms, including
            a father of a six
            -
year old boy who was threatened with violence and criminal
            prosecution when he res
isted CBP officers as they violently separated him from his
son. Almost all parents reported being mocked and threatened by CBP and ICE
officials when they asked about the whereabouts of their children. Others were told
that their children were being taken
to change clothes or bathe, and then never saw
            their children again.

And yet the New York Times (which I believe everyone can agree is anything but pro-Trump), looked into the claims and found there was little if any substances to them

The ACLU is being expressive, and possibly exaggerating for effect, and reporting what others allegedly said.

                I'm shocked.

According to anonymous sources who are not authorized to speak on the record, "children were ripped form their parents' arms and flung into the air and landed on their heads. All the while, Trump was seen in the background laughing."

It's basically doing nothing more than repeating some of the (possibly coached) claims which were investigated and found wanting.

                          Bingo!

You can find declarations here https://www.aclu.org/cases/ms-l-v-ice

https://www.aclu.org/legal-document/...ions-complaint - this is a class action on behalf of parents that were separated from their kids seeking compensation and punitive damages which, if successful, could be a considerable amount. The full complaint goes into detail.

Ah, yes, "pulled" and "taken" in the declaration, not "ripped". "Ripped" sounds so much more violent, which is why that word is used.

Regardless, it's tragic that a situation existed where these people were enticed to illegally try to enter a country, and suffered greatly because of it.

Bottom line - Congress needs to get off it's duff and come up with a legitimate immigration policy that works.

Not to mention this is simply the claim made and nothing more. No corroborating evidence. When the claims were investigated, by someone with a motive to use them to use as a club to attack Trump with, they found that there was no there there. That is very telling.

I'm sure the parents weren't happy to be separated from their children, but it could hardly be helped. The parents broke the law and we don't put their kids in holding with them for obvious reasons.
