Well, did you read the entire 94-page court decision for full context?

Note that I haven't either, but before I start to decry a decision as being right or wrong, it would make sense to try to get more information about the decision than what one newspaper article happened to report.

I agree in principle but a 94 page decision is itself evidence that it's probably a bad decision. It shouldn't take 94 pages to explain why the law was correctly applied - IF it actually was correctly applied.


I LIKE reading decisions but I doubt I'll bother with more than skimming that monster... assuming I ever have time.

Why weren't the school officials that disrupted classes having a kid arrested prosecuted?

The fact that the courts decided that they're even immune to a lawsuit probably provides at least a part of your answer.

Good Grief..... How in the world. Class Clowns were usually given detention. But Arrested. For? Belching? Like what boy hasn't ever done that on purpose just to get attention?
