Since you're a foreigner, I guess I need to impress you instead with how many languages I know, making me lots smarter (I'm you a foreigner using a second language would agree) than the average American.
I learned Spanish in high school, Russian in college, German in grad school, and with all those I can pick up any French and Dutch and read it. Today I'm involved in another forum in a Bible project using Greek. (But I never learned Latin.).

I never described ISIL as existing prior to Bush Chaney as a significant threatening force. Please cite me where I made this claim. Bush/Cheney failed to respond to CIA advice and intelligence concerning ISIL, and failed to take action based on that advice.
