SCOTUS smacked down the abortion medication suit, in a victory for the Biden administration, ruling that the plaintiffs did not have standing.

This unanimous ruling in favor of the Biden Administration makes Liberal accusations of partisanship on the supreme court look like the conspiracy theory that it is. (At least by the recent liberal standards about weaponized lawfare)
