I find it funny that probably a good number of people now will have no idea who I am LOL. But for those of you who do, you probably will not be surprised that despite my determination in trying to retire to a peaceful offline life that I have been elected to serve on the Libertarian National Committee at this year's Convention. And to say hi and update those of you who don't follow me on FB as to what is going on in my life.

In what way do you mean? We are having more success now than ever. Some people are unhappy (inevitable there are winners and losers at Convention) but for different reasons.

The particular caucus I am involved in (Libertarian Party Radical Caucus) achieved major victories and gained a lot of ground.

Johnson is not completely open borders. But I am. And I would argue that if our platform were taken consistently the LP is. Others differ with my take on that. I nominated and voted for Darryl W. Perry, not Johnson, at convention.

The Swiss just voted it down. It would work by not stealing from other people as that is aggression against their rights... but this was a just a friendly check in thread. I really don't have the desire to debate libertarian philosophy. I don't do forum debates any longer. That change in my life has "stuck" and I hope it remains stuck. FB debates are bad enough, and I give them precisely one day before moving on. It is mostly due to a lack of time (sorry ... sincerely so) .... the day to day actual assisting in running a state, local, and now national party takes up nearly every spare moment.

If anyone has basic non-debatish questions that are just curious about the party or how things run, I would love to dialog.
