If it's not universal then it's not the truth. I think what you mean to say is that not all truths are eternal, which is usually what people mean when they discuss "absolute truth". Some truths are circumstantial or time limited, but they're still universally true in that moment. For instance, it's true that I own a Toyota. This is true even if you happen to be reading this post while sitting in the farthest reaches of the universe. However, it probably won't be true in 50-years, so while it's a universal truth, it's not an eternal truth.
