Noted. I really like the true strike. (lvl 1 wizard can cast it, right?).
hmm. so i have to level up my arcane wizard, that is fine. (any way, i do not have any plan to increase the lvl of the wizard).
Is this ok?
Some wizards trade their knowledge of magic and craft to improve their combat prowess.
Gain
Bonus feat list (as fighter; bonus feats gained at 1st level and every five levels as wizard).
Lose
Scribe Scroll, wizard bonus feat list.
Map, city descriptions and kingdom info has been posted to the reference thread. The map should be pretty self explanatory. Cities that aren't listed in a kingdom are more or less independent.
Any listing that's Large City or bigger with the exception of Hatun is a viable starting point. If you need/want more information, ask it here. Some things you won't get answers for since you're new to the world, and available information is somewhat limited (there's a story reason of sorts).
Once the game starts, there will be a brief intro to establish some story, after which the party will be deposited in the city of their choosing. From there, you'll make contact with the powers that be and begin negotiations for purchasing land. You'll have a starting pool of gold with which to work.
Your characters are chaotic good, as are mine. A lawful neutral authority is going to give us more problems than a Lawful good authority, since a lawful good authority at least has some common ground with us (i.e. they'll be more likely to accept the argument 'yes he broke the rules, but at least he was fighting against an evil threat'). I reckon we should go for either Cawic or Aelwic. In Cawic we'll be more likely to be able to blend in somewhere given the size of the place and the more mixed population, there will be more resources and more potential recruits at our disposal. In Aewic there might be more powerful recruits available and more action.
Is there any difference in land prices between the locations?
the potential problem with Cawic is that we have to travel via the sea most of the time (unless of course use teleportation) to go to the main island. What if there are storms?? (do i have to know if my character have seasickness.). Anyway, I believe Cawic will be a serene place to have a headquarter.
Carrik: are there teleportation station for each big cities? how much is the cost to travel?
is Cawic Hegemony and Hargan Dominion under war? or just cold war?
Yep, that will work, but be aware that magic arrow and burning hands do very little damage at level 1.
As a wizard at level 1 with intelligence 12 and that specialisation, your spellbook will contain all level 0 spells except for the necro and enchantment spells, and 4 level 1 spells, none of which can be necro or enchantment. At the start of each day, you then choose 4 level 0 and 3 level 1 spells to prepare for that day, where at least one at each level has to be from your specialised school.
Once you've used a spell, then it's gone for the day, so it can be worth preparing a spell multiple times.
Later on you can learn other spells from other wizards without having to level up your wizard, and maybe buy items that increase the number of spells you can use each day.

Ok so i can prepare , 2 true strike and magic missile. So divination is specialization so that i can prepare 3 true strike

Exactly, which is why I recommended it. Also if you specialise in divination, you also only need to lose one school, making you a little more flexible.

In theory, yes, but I'm not going to do it that way. The options you'll be presented within the city will be the same regardless. Since this is ostensibly a new world for you, you wouldn't have access to that information anyway.
I realize now that I need to give you some geographical information. I'll do that later today, and it may influence your decision...

With the exception of Hargalond, all of the cities available have seaports. Hargalond has a small seaport on the coast of the Glass Sea. Cost to travel is based on SRD Goods And Services
Neither of the kingdoms are at war. They're isolated geographically enough that things haven't spread that far.
