Eh....no, that's not the answer. That's what I ate for breakfast every day to loose weight. I've lost 40 lbs. so far. and 4 - 5 inches off my waist. What I DIDN'T eat was the bread i.e. toast or biscuits (with the accompanying honey or jelly)
