Then you better hope the RNG is in your favour and it doesn't randomly decide to murder you in your sleep.

That's an good one. A computer can easily be programmed to ask questions.

I took my robot to get a wedding pizza and was refused!!! They said they don't support marriage between carbon-based and silicon-based life forms! I am going to sue!

Since even an AI would have programming that directed the workings, it is highly questionable that one could ever form consent - there would always be a question of whether it was genuinely autonomous or if there was a subroutine somewhere directing it....

Thjere are people who claim free will is just an illusion and that none of us has it. If that is the case then consent is meaningless.

So far the design for my new wife is going rather well. She looks like a young Christie Brinkley, and I have reduced her vocabulary to one word - yes.

Remind me of the old joke, that the perfect wife is 3 feet tall, no teeth, and a flat head...to put your beer.

Granted but it's not demonstrable. With a computer it would be possible to demonstrate it in court. Even if you weren't able to prove it on the machine in question it would be sufficient for reasonable doubt.

We can't even demonstrate how some designs based on evolutionary algorithms work now.

Well, there's your reasonable doubt right there.

I'm uncertain how you're applying the term. There's no "reasonable doubt" standard for the judiciary when it comes to sentience. I'm not sure how a court would go about determining whether a non-human had sufficient autonomy to make legally-binding decisions but I'm pretty sure that reasonable doubt is not the current standard even for human contracts (otherwise "Go Set A Watchman" would have never been published).
