My guess is you haven't had the good kind. I'm guessing yours tasted something like a Dreamsicle?

I prefer good high butter fat ice cream myself.
Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Yep, one encounter with Dreamsicle will put someone off sherbert. Quality sherbert is delicious.

The big question, of course, is, was there sherbert on the ark?

          If so, what flavour?

Yeah, over at Orange Leaf they have a Pink Lemonade flavor, it's amazing, especially if you add some Skittles to the mix. Their orange flavor is good too. There is also a place nearby that makes grape and cherry every so often, but it's kind of out of the way.

We use to have a sherbert place around here but they closed years ago. An Italian ice stand took their place. About the closest thing we have now is Cold Stone Creamery and their sorbet and yogurt.

And if someone had started a thread about lemon sherbet, we would have ended up talking about 1st Amendment jurisprudence.
                Don't call it a comeback. It's a riposte.

However, the Ark Encounter park is a FOR-profit organization, and as such cannot restrict its employees based upon protected classes, such as religious belief.

The issue is that AiG is attempting to hire people who will instead work for Ark Encounter, while still being employees of AiG. This is clearly in an effort to skirt around hiring laws. It's intentionally dishonest of AiG.

He's nonprofit when that benefits him (he gets to hire only YECs) and for-profit when that benefits him (getting tax breaks). Who needs honesty when cheating works?

Yeah, something like that. Who knew the cheap box you dig out of the back of the grocery freezer wasn't the good stuff?

There is way better stuff out there, but even some of the bigger places don't have it. The good stuff has almost no creamy flavor. They are closer to a good popsicle, but with a soft texture.

Well then, next time I find my way out of the sticks I'll have to look for some to expand my palate.
