You'd have protested as well had you been aware of who it was that you and Putin just put in the White House with a 3 million vote minority and an outdated electoral college. You have no idea who the trouble makers in those crowds were, they could just as well have been Trump supporters for all you know.

Like I said, republicans didn't react like the insane liberals did when Obama was elected. We went about our business and lived our lives until the next election.

Oh they had protests (Tea Party rallies) but unlike Occupy and others, nobody died, nobody was sent to the hospital, buildings and vehicles weren't trashed or firebombed, and in many cases the people running the location they were at remarked how they left it cleaner than they arrived.

They were protesting specific policies and as you said, did so very respectfully and even picked up their trash when they were finished.
