The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

So long as my narrative has to do with the facts of the case itself and not side isues like it's partly Arbery's own fault that he was murdered because his daddy didn't raise him properly, teaching him to stay out of white neighborhoods.

            Happy now?
It is usually more honest to include all the text if you can. An exception would be ad hominem ranting. So yes, happier

All you are saying here is that you felt a need to emphasize those facts that smeared Arbery because they weren't getting enough air time from people like me. Other facts that did not get much air time were what time of day it was, if the sun was shining, what temperature it was, the exact make of the shoes he was wearing, the make and model of the shotgun, the horsepower of the truck the McMichaels were driving.

Get the point? Irrelevant facts don't need to be reiterated.

Yet you were emphasizing irrelevant facts that served no purpose other than to smear Arbery.

My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism. James 2:1

If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not  bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless James 1:26

This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; James 1:19

Neither did I but I got the point and I see why you would like to cut out that part as well since it, once again, showed what was wrong with those who have a biased idea about what the relevant "facts" are.

A tacit admission wrt white privilege and white oppression.

Black people should not feel safe in otherwise safe predominantly white neighborhoods?

And that is why thousands of all races are protesting in DC today. The entire county. The entire world.

I thought you were saying you took interest in ALL facts and tried to avoid bias. Then why are you talking about "one side" as if it is a fight. And why is your interest in certain facts dependent on "one side" and their focus, if you take interest in ALL facts from an unbiased approach. Why does someone who is interested in ALL facts need to cut other posters' posts?

I think the biggest problem right now for the prosecution is trying to support a murder indictment. There are enough details about this case that make that an uncertain charge at best. Although there's also the possibility that the jury will want to "make an example" even if the case might be weak.

Can you briefly lay out what "agenda" you think is driving me?

Well, first of all, YOU don't get to decide which facts are "of the case itself" and which issues are "side issues".
                        A) You cannot be trusted to be objective
                        2) You cannot be trusted to be lay out the case honestly
                        C) I'm glad to see you admit you have a narrative

like it's partly Arbery's own fault
Never EVER said that, and it's either stupidity, ignorance or just plain outright dishonesty to represent it that way, Jim.

that he was murdered because his daddy didn't raise him properly, teaching him to stay out of white neighborhoods.
Lie. He was murdered because some white dudes apparently took the law into their own hands and it went bad real fast. Period.

I really wish you had more integrity.

Are you unaware that it does not change his point? You give the impression you adress a post when you only adress a part of it. That should be pointed out by using [...] or something else. Some posters really manipulate by leaving out important parts.

It needs to be read in context.
