The article I read indicates this could still get appealed to the entire U.S Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. After that, SCOTUS. This isn't final yet.

I'll bet legal scholars will be debating this case long after we've forgot who Michael Flynn is.

It could and most probably will be appealed by Judge Sullivan or the Appeals court could take it up of their own accord. It could also go to the SCOTUS. Flynn was not exonerated as Trump lyingly stated, but the court simply deferred to the Decision made by the executive Branch to dismiss. I hope and expect this decision will be reversed due to the harm it will do to the rule of law.

The dissenting Judge said: "it is a great irony that in finding the district court to have exeeded its jurisdiction, this court so grievously oversteps its own".

If the corrupt Administration and the corrupt Atty Gen. should succeed in this corrupt effort to overturn the case and it is dismissed without prejudice, then it could be taken up again next year after Trump is thrown out of office.
