The reality is far-less beneficial for Flynn. Whatever else he was accused of, he lied to the FBI - which is a crime, even if he was "forced" to do it (which isn't an actual thing in American jurisprudence). He admitted to it twice, too.
You realize that there are tens of thousands of examples of people pleading guilty to things they weren't guilty of, and having to spend time in jail for it - right? It happens all the time with plea deals, which are a necessary part of the justice system in this country. SO just because he was "forced" to say something he didn't agree with - isn't a basis for dismissing a case.
