Yep... It's a typical list of hyperbole, exaggeration, imprecise citation, differences of opinions, etc. being called "lies" by the media. But Jimmy at least gets partial credit for actually providing a source for once, even if it took 24-hours of desperate searching to find something.

I think his speech at the Prayer Breakfast this morning was a little "tired" and I think it could have been less partisan.

I haven't yet heard or read the whole thing, but I did hear some of the partisan remarks. I didn't think it was the proper venue for such.

I doubt very strongly she violated the law. We'll see. 28 Years in fed Gov't tells me that only the documents used by the President, plus any notes he made on them, and the official tape of the address, would be protected items. Pelosi's actions in my opinion aren't illegal. Just poorly judged. But who cares...anything to further political agendas.

In this case, I agree with Steny Hoyer that her act was a form of expression and therefore protected by the First Amendment, thus immune from legal consequences.

But it was such a breech of decorum that I agree with Turley that she should apologize or resign; if she refuses, she should at the very least be censured.

I don't follow the logic here. How is an illegal act immune to legal consequence just because it's a form of expression? Try threatening a cop and see how far that defense gets you.

She's bragging about praying, and casting doubt that Trump prays. And she's boasting that she's ALWAYS dignified, and that "tearing up his falsehoods" was "dignified".

I really think she's lost it.... she feels "very liberated" (her words) for her "dignified" act of childishness because Trump was "undignified" in "the People's House".

She claims that Trump looked at her like "he was a little sedated" when he handed her the copy of his speech, and refused to shake hands --- you can watch the video, and see that Trump didn't look at her at all. And Trump didn't "look at" or shake hands with Pence, either.

I don't think she's a liar -- I think she's simply lost it.
