um - that would be a tad dishonest MM. You've been carrying on about why the whistle blower gets to keep his identity hidden for a while now. You have mocked every post I have made pointing out that he is acting on conscience, and why whistle-blowers need anonymity. So you can argue if gloating is the right word to describe why you created this thread, but you can't successfully argue that you have not been on the side of the 'mobster' mentality I'm talking about - the mentality that seeks to denigrate and punish those that are exposing Trumps misdeeds.

I assumed the tweet meant he viewed Trump's unlawful acts as the coup, and that hence rebellion against Trump and eventually impeachment was justified because of it.

Regardless, the original whistleblower and his motives and his lawyers and their motives are totally irrelevant at this point. Numerous officials, including multiple Trump appointees, have now testified under oath about the crimes Trump has committed. The focus is now on Trump's crimes and the massive and mounting evidence against him. The whistleblower is not needed as a witness.

The focus of fake-news propaganda sites like Breitbart on the topic of the whistleblower seems to be both an attempt to distract from Trump's crimes and the mounting evidence against him, as well as a sad testament to the fact that Republican voters love to have somebody to hate and to focus their hatred on so they need to be given a 'baddie' in this scenario they can rage against.

Every piece of testimony that has come out of Shifty Adam Sniff's secret hearings has consistently shown that there was no quid pro quo, that the Ukrainian government wasn't even aware that aid had been temporarily suspended. Then there's the transcript of the call itself and statements from the White House and Ukraine officials, including President Zelensky, proving that there was no pressure or leverage of any kind.

What we have is someone who spied on the president and then coordinated with Adam Schiff to construct a false "whistle blower" complaint and is being represented by a lawyer who signaled two-years ago that they were perpetating a coup against a duly elected President of the United States. To dismiss this as "irrelevant" is shockingly naive.

These are dangerous times for America, and we should all hope that the conspirators who have set themselves against the office of the president do not succeed.

If an informant tells authorities that a body is buried and describes its whereabouts and a body is found as described, then the status of the informant is irrelevant. The focus is the buried body, NOT the informant.

However, if the "informant" coordinated with members of the police department to plant a body in order to frame an innocent man, and the informant's lawyer tweeted a message two-years previously that "The frame job has begun", then it's a whole different matter.

False. That was his presumption, and presumptions are not evidence. Furthermore, he told Bill Taylor in a text message at the time that "the President was crystal clear, no quid pro quo's of any kind."

Give me break, man... even your own thread about Sondland blew up in your face in the very first page when I deconstructed Sondland's testimony. And then we have Bill Taylor who drew an incorrect inference based solely on something he read in the New York Times, and Sondland even told him directly that Trump was "crystal clear" that there was to be no quid pro quo. Other witnesses, including President Zelensky, have emphatically denied quid pro quo. And on it goes.

It's the Collusion Delusion all over again, where every piece of evidence points to the President's innocence, but fools like you insist that he's guilty anyway.
