The Coward of Christchurch (I refuse to use his name) used it when he was photographed standing in the dock being charged after the shooting.
But as he was a denizen of 8chan and a self proclaimed Eco-fascist I'm not sure the label of White Supremacist applies as much as murderous scum who thought that killing people was a great way to troll governments.

After it was pointed out to our media, they blurred his hands in the photos.
